

Sister's 21st birthday celebration @ Sakura buffet. Choked down about one week's meal into my stomach from 6 - 9pm. All that ice-cream, truffles, sushis, pasta, pizza, party snackers, fresh meat ... totally worth the $$$. But I see myself tending to cause obesity. What should I do? *Sigh* It's hard to resist temptation in this current era as we are all living in an obesogenic enviroment...
