Finally bomber jacket has arrived in a form of parcel.
Well there goes my $$40 (insert your sad face here)
And it's Day 6 of my dieting and extremely exercising activities.
Might as well write down my diet everyday for me to remember :
(Breakfast)
1 glass of low fat milk
1 bowl of low fat cereal
2 bananas
Hula hoops for half an hour
Drink 2 glasses of water after workout
(Lunch)
-Nil
Hula hoops for one hour while watching tv
Do 4 sets of squatting + some push ups for begginners
Drink 2 glasses of water after workout
Heads to Bedok stadium for extreme jogging for one hour
(either 6pm or 7pm depends weather)
(Dinner)
6 mouth scoop of rice + small portion of lean meat for protein
Drink 2 glasses of water
Eat any one fruit
...
Yeah day 6 of repeating the whole damn chain again.
Fml why didn't I think twice when I ate those fattening fats my past life ?
Hard, but it's worth it.
Today I stood on the weighting scale ...
Happy. I've lost 1kg +
Well. I have set a target to reach.
By school reopens I would lose those fats on my chest, stomach, face and another 6 months I would at least achieve muscle.
